Part A
1. 500g Saudi Gold Minced Meat
2. 50g Onions (diced)
3. 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
4. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
5. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
6. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
7. 1/4 teaspoon coarse blackpepper

Part B
1. 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2. Skewers

1. Mix the ingredients from Part A in a mixing bowl until well combined.

2. Form the mixture on a skewer according to the size you want.
3. Rub olive oil on the surface of the kebab.
4. Bake or fry the kebabs for 10 minutes in a hot pan until all sides are golden brown.
